The working group focuses on preventing and better dealing with sexual assault, exploitation, and harassment in the sector by building strong systems and practices among Danish organizations.

Together with members, we have developed a set of commitments based on experience from member organizations, inputs from global partners, and international research in the field. 

The commitments provide suggestions on how to act as an organization by: 

• Not tolerating sexual assault 
• Providing an easy and safe complaint mechanism 
• Focusing on the survivor 
• Following principles in our actions 
• Building responsible partnerships 
• Leading through examples 
• Ensuring access to complain mechanisms for all 
• Having a code of conduct that works 
• Hiring the right employees 
• Building capacity to create understanding 

The working group focuses on implementing these commitments through seminars and capacity building.
