Description
Get to know and use some practical conflict analysis tools, useful for working in humanitarian and conflict-affected contexts. This can help you ensure do no harm and conflict sensitivity in your programmes/projects and also when working directly with conflict management.
Get a brief introduction to non-violent conflict management processes including neutral and impartial mediation and dialogue facilitation. This one-day workshop will be practical, participatory and interactive.
